I enjoy working at TBSA as the environment is very good. I look forward to all the challenges that we experience in the processes as I get to learn improvement (Kaizen) techniques which enhances my skills and knowledge. As the company is expanding, it therefore is creating opportunities for employees career growth. 
In terms of training, the company has various skills training programmes both internal and external. A further motivation to broaden one's knowledge is a study assistance programme for employees to further their tertiary education which will improve member knowledge and skills for business operations.
 
As motivation to positively contribute to the company's performance, the company implemented an incentive scheme based on overall individual and company performance. This helps motivate the employees to achieve their objectives
 
The reward benefit from TBSA is the vast knowledge that I have gained over the years more especially continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities. I feel motivated to report for duty each and every day.

l like working at TBSA as it is a homely, but professional environment. I find that my colleagues are always willing to help at all times, teach and improve my skills where I experience difficulties. The multiskilling training has taught me new tasks and challenges and has also given me the opportunity to grow in my job. 

TBSA takes safety very seriously and continuously communicates and send out daily reminders regarding safety and safety rules, which I think very important to create understanding of safety. 
TBSA has taken care of us during the recent floods and heat wave. This is very much appreciated and shows that the company cares about our wellbeing. 
When we are off sick, our team follows up and checks up on us tosee how we are doing and conducts a return to work interview to ensure that we are well and able to resume our duties.
 
The rewarding part of being a TBSA member is that my superiors recognise that I am a hard worker and my team shows me compassion and empathy. 
 
I would like to thank TBSA for instilling in me my very strong work ethics, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and the ability to have an open mind for improvement activities, most of all the quality team commitment.

The support and effective communication between all levels is very good and I find that such actions are very rewarding.

Through active information sharing and participation between top and lower levels, especially with regard to my past exposure and experience at other Toyota Boshoku affiliates in Europe and Japan, I feel I am making a positive and valuable contribution to the company's success.
